Once a tenant is living in the property, we will hold a repair escrow in the amount of $400 to take care of the smaller repairs as they arise. If the repair is over $400, we will provide you with an estimate for the repair and you can decide how you would like to move forward. You may use your own contractor or go with the estimate we provide.
