You will have a dedicated Property Manager who will work directly with you.

Once we have received the signed management agreement and property information forms, we will begin getting the property on the market. Usually, we can have the property “live” on the website within three business days.

We complete a thorough hands-on background, credit, income verification, rental history, employment verification, and criminal check on all applicants. All screenings are conducted within the guidelines of the Fair Housing Act.

Tenants are required to submit maintenance requests through their portal. Once the maintenance issue is received, we will follow up with the tenant and schedule the appropriate vendor to address the issue. Anything above the repair threshold of $400 is sent to you for approval.

We send out rental payments to you electronically to your bank account on record.
